Insured by Brar is the personal insurance brand of Kanwar Brar, Account Executive, RIBO and LLQP. Property and casualty insurance services are provided through Nacora Insurance Brokers Ltd. Information you choose to provide

When you request a quote, contact us, or send a WhatsApp message, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, city, insurance interests, and preliminary details about a vehicle, property, business, or coverage goal.

Do not submit driver's licence numbers, banking or payment information, passwords, detailed medical information, social insurance numbers, or other highly sensitive identifiers through the website or WhatsApp quote form.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to your inquiry, understand your insurance needs, discuss suitable options, prepare or obtain quotations, communicate with you, and meet professional, legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations.

Website analytics

We collect limited, anonymous website events to understand visits and improve the quote experience. These events may include the page viewed, general referral source, quote category selected, and whether a form or contact button was used. Analytics events do not contain your name, phone number, email address, quote answers, medical information, driver's licence information, banking information, or payment details.

WhatsApp and email

The website quote form does not automatically send or store your answers. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. Once sent, the information is handled through WhatsApp and received by Kanwar Brar. If you contact us by email, your email provider and our email provider process that communication.

Sharing and insurance markets

Where necessary to provide insurance services, information may be shared with the brokerage, insurers, managing general agents, service providers, regulators, or other parties involved in reviewing, placing, servicing, or administering insurance. Information is not sold for unrelated marketing purposes.

Retention and safeguards
